The Philly Vegan Market is a fully vegan monthly pop-up market. We showcase amazing vegan food, goods, and local makers/creatives. Our markets are open to the public from 12-4pm @ 2727 E Westmoreland St. 19134. All final vendors receive detailed setup times and instructions ahead of event dates
All vendor spaces include access to electricity - vendors requiring electricity are responsible for informing market organizers of electrical needs prior to securing a spot, to ensure compatibility
All food vendors must have required paperwork up to date. We’re happy to share a checklist of everything required to stay compliant. Although we’re not able to accommodate any on-site cooking, food vendors do have access to the venue’s kitchen for water, refrigerator space, and post-event cleanup
VENDOR OPTIONS (all measurements are width x depth) :
Food vendor station - includes one 8’ x 2.5’ table space, 6' of personal workspace and 2 chairs (approx. 8ft × 8ft space ) — $90
Full vendor table - Includes one 8' x 2.5’' table space and 2 chairs (approx. 8’ × 5’ space ) — $75
Full vendor hybrid spot - Includes one 4' x 2.5' table space, 2 chairs, and an adjacent 4’ space for clothing racks/shelves (approx. 8’ × 5’ space )— $75
Split vendor table - Includes one 4' x 2.5' table space and 2 chairs (approx. 4’ × 5’ space )— $40
Non-profit split table - Includes one 4 × 2.5' table space and 2 chairs (approx. 4’ × 5’ space )— $20 ( 2 spots available per market)
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are a *100% VEGAN* event. Although vendors themselves don't have to be vegan, all products, food, and goods must be 100% vegan and cruelty free. (no animal products - e.g. leather, wool, beeswax, honey, feathers, pearls, ect.)
