-loading address is 3304 Salmon St 19134
-vendors will be checked in and directed to their table by event staff at arrival
-there is a kitchen on site for handwashing and storing food items
-there is an ice maker available on site
-arrival should be no later than 11:15am, all vendors must be set up by 11:50am
